This was an great stay! I recommend! The hotel room was quiet, the bed comfy, the room was very clean, the staff super nice. They also have a gym with weights and machines for a good workout. The hotel is well placed next to the metro. I totally recommend!
Our stay at Hotel Saint was great. We stayed for the weekend (for a friend's wedding in town). The room had everything we needed (hair dryer, plenty of mirrors, ironing board, bath robes, etc.). The staff was super friendly when checking us in. The room was very clean and the bed was probably the comfiest we've ever stayed in. They provided plenty of towels, and the bathroom was very large and clean. The water pressure on the shower was amazing. Wifi was great (I was able to work easily and take some video calls on a Friday). During checkout, we wanted to keep our luggage while we walked around the city for a bit. They were very friendly and had a secure room to keep our stuff in. Overall great experience, would stay here again no doubt.
I was able to check in earlier than expected after 9am, even though the official check-in time was 3pm, which was really appreciated. The room was excellent and the view was amazing as I could see St Mary Axe, the Sky Garden and other high-rise buildings. I also visited Jin Bo Law on the 14th floor, which offered fantastic skyline views, especially of The Shard & Tower Bridge. Overall, it was a great experience.
I had an incredible stay at Hotel Saint. The location is absolutely amazing—literally next door to Aldgate Station, yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The staff were super accommodating and professional from the moment I arrived. I stayed in a 13th-floor corner suite, and the views were nothing short of phenomenal. The food and room service were insane (in the best possible way!). It’s that perfect mix of affordable but luxury, which made the whole experience even better. Truly one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve had. Highly recommended!
Rob the manager is wonderful and so is his team. You can tell that he is an exceptional leader. He went above and beyond for my mom and I when he didn’t need to and for that we are extremely appreciative. The location can not be beat, literally next door to a major stop on the tube. Walking distance to major attractions and a stunning view of iconic architectural monuments. Pubs, grocers, pharmacies and restaurants in walking distance. They have a gorgeous rooftop bar and a restaurant downstairs with excellent food. The price is well worth it for convenience, comfort and quality of service. We are beyond impressed and you will be too. Our compliments to the staff you all did a wonderful job and we are beyond grateful.
We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel in London. The service was exceptional in every way. We had forgotten our slippers, and without hesitation, the staff brought us a fresh pair right to our room. Breakfast was another highlight. Our waiter, Sandeep, made us feel like royalty. When we asked if we could smoke in the outdoor area, he personally accompanied us and even brought our coffee outside so we could enjoy it comfortably. Sandeep could easily work in any 5-star hotel—his professionalism and warmth are outstanding. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Right beside Aldgate underground station. Lovely shower and our room had a fridge as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the restaurant but it looked very nice. Reception staff were very welcome and helpful.
Had a great one night stay for a birthday celebration. Stayed on the thirteenth floor in suite. Room smelt amazing and so clean. The amenities were great from the teas and coffees to the makeup wipes provided in the bathroom. Extremely comfortable large bed. Fantastic views of the city. Welcoming and friendly staff on front desk too! Great location as well. Would definitely go again, loved it so much
